Couples plan their whole wedding for free. Vendors pay a small commission only when they actually book. No hidden fees, no pay-to-play.
Free for couples, small commission for vendors
Plans
Everything is free for couples: planning, vendor discovery, RFPs, and booking. Eventzy earns a small commission from the vendors you book, never from you.
Couples never pay Eventzy. Not a dollar, ever.
Couples never pay Eventzy a fee. And when you pay your vendors, you pay them directly on the terms you agreed with them. Your money never passes through us.
The fine print
Everything we wish other platforms had told us.
Only when a couple actually hires you through Eventzy. If a booking is cancelled or doesn't go through, you pay nothing. We send you an invoice for it, so it is never taken out of what the couple pays you.
No. Eventzy is completely free to join for vendors. There are no monthly subscription fees. You only pay a small commission when you successfully complete a booking through the platform.
None from us. The couple pays you directly, using whatever method the two of you agree on, so Eventzy takes no cut of that payment and adds no processing fee to it. The only thing you owe us is the commission on your invoice.
Directly, the same way you would without us. Eventzy never takes, holds, or routes your money: you agree terms with each vendor and pay them yourself. Every quote, contract, and message stays in one place, so you always have a record of what you agreed to.
Yes, you can deactivate your vendor account at any time. Since there are no subscription fees, there is nothing to cancel. Any booking you have already won is yours, and it carries on directly between you and the couple.
Nothing. Eventzy is free for couples, end to end. You plan, source vendors, and book without ever paying us a fee. Eventzy earns a small commission from the vendors you book, so your total cost is always zero.
