Everything you need to know about the AI concierge, the vendor marketplace, and how Eventzy actually works.
For couples
Questions about the AI concierge, finding vendors, and booking.
Eventzy is an AI-powered wedding planning platform. Your personal AI concierge walks you through 20 guided journeys, from first vision to final thank-you, and connects you with local vendors who compete fairly for your booking. You can also browse vendors directly in the marketplace.
Yes. Couples never pay Eventzy a dollar, ever. Your custom wedding website, gift registry, RSVP management, guest list, budget tracking, seating chart, day-of timeline, vendor discovery + booking, and the full AI concierge are all free. Eventzy earns a small commission from the vendors you book, never from you, so your total cost is always zero. No credit card needed to start.
Tell your AI concierge what you're looking for or browse vendors directly. When you select a shortlist, Eventzy sends a batched RFP to the top 4 vendors first (with a 72-hour deadline). They can either Express Interest, chat with you on-platform, or send a Hard Quote. You stay in control the whole way.
Yes. We verify vendor profiles and check business credentials where applicable. Look for the verified badge on vendor profiles, and read reviews from real couples who hired them through the platform.
The concierge is trained on how real wedding planners work. It captures your vision, helps you set a realistic budget, drafts your guest list, builds a day-of timeline, sends RFPs to vendors on your behalf, manages seating charts, generates a wedding website, and handles ~40 other planning tasks across your whole wedding. Every decision you make ripples across the rest of your plan.
Yes. When you accept a quote, the vendor is recorded as hired and their contact details open up to you. From there you and the vendor agree the contract and the payment terms directly, and you pay them yourself: Eventzy never takes, holds, or routes your money. You chat with vendors on-platform, and your quotes, contracts, and messages all live in one place.
Direct, both ways
You and your vendors agree the terms and pay each other directly, with no middleman on the money.
For vendors
Questions about commission, RFPs, and getting matched with couples.
Free. No subscription, no monthly fee, no pay-to-play placement. We invoice a small commission only when a couple actually hires you. No booking = no charge.
When a couple selects a vendor shortlist, we send the RFP to the top 4 vendors first (Tier 1) with a 72-hour deadline. If fewer than 2 respond, we release to vendors 5–8 (Tier 2) with a 48-hour deadline. You can respond with Express Interest (light touch), a chat, or a Hard Quote, whichever fits the moment.
The couple sees your quote alongside up to 3 others in their shortlist. They can chat with you on-platform, ask follow-up questions, and accept when ready. Once they accept, you are recorded as hired and their contact details open up. You and the couple settle the contract and the payment directly, on your own terms, and Eventzy invoices you a small commission afterwards. Nothing is ever taken out of what the couple pays you.
Complete your profile with high-quality photos, clear service descriptions, and an up-to-date portfolio. Respond quickly to RFPs. Most couples pick from the first 2–3 responders. Maintain great reviews and keep your availability calendar current. The algorithm favors responsive, well-reviewed vendors in the couple's region and style fit.
Yes. You set a default service radius from your business location (e.g., 50 miles). This applies to all your services and helps couples find you when searching in your area. You can also flag specific services as available for travel with additional fees.
The couple pays you directly, on the terms in your own contract, so there is no waiting on a platform to release anything. Your Vendor Dashboard shows your upcoming bookings and what you have won through Eventzy, and we invoice you a small commission afterwards, only when a couple hires you.
